My vision is simple—to raise incorrigibly optimist Sales & Marketing militia for business organizations with ‘never-say-quit’ determination. Period.

I’ve been in Sales & Marketing for around 15 years with diversified industries ranging from Oil Marketing to FMCGs and from Hospitality to Telecom. During my career with Caltex Oil, Tapal Tea, Hashoo Group (Pearl Continental & Marriott Hotels) and Worldcall Group, I’ve gone through B2B selling, relationship management, sales promotions, trade marketing, retailing, merchandising, appointment of dealers, distributors and franchisees, product launches, sales planning, distribution, brand activation, trouble-shootings, town-storming activities, lucky draws, hiring of staff, trainings, motivational sessions and appraisals etc.

The journey from Zonal Manager with Caltex Oil to General Manager Sales & Distribution with Worldcall Telecom Ltd was not a smooth ride. Every day was a new day and every new day was a challenging day. Like all sales and marketing leaders, I’ve gone through from eating dung and dust at roads to meet targets to giving flashy presentations in five star hotels to dissect complex issues. Like mythical bird Phoenix (which is now my logo), burning and then rising from ashes became hallmark of my personality and my working style. I’m no exception; this is how sales & marketing people have to do to navigate their organizations.

An MBA degree from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, and hands-on experience of around 15 years of all aspects of sales & marketing functions with multinationals and blue chip local companies thoroughly equips me to train sales & marketing staff of organizations.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fervently involved in training, coaching and mentoring of staff. I’ve conducted 100s of in-house training sessions for sales & marketing teams, distributors/franchisees and their staff.
